· Translation of strategic vision into a viable business model, whilst accomplishing profitable business positioning.
· Build, manage and administer own personal financial planning practice.
· Continuous cold calling, prospecting and presentations to source new business.
· Build and maintain excellent client relations.
· Gather client data and conduct a comprehensive Financial Needs Analysis.
· Provide clients with a range of financial services & products to meet individual financial needs:
· Including, but not limited to: Life, Disability and Trauma cover, Short Term insurance, Retirement Planning, Investments, Savings options, Estate Planning, Wills and PPS Insurance.
· Set up attainable business and actions plans to reach monthly deadlines and targets.
· Perform ‘closing’ of sales negotiations, effectively increasing substantial sales turnover.
· Professional co-ordination of projects; campaigns, promotions and client acquisitions.
· Diagnose and resolve problems and actively manage case loads
